Steps to reproduce:

i enter firefox and play videos but the download sign gives me always: ,no download in thes sesions

Expected results:

should start to download and give downloaded videos

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
