Details

I'm using Phoenix 0.3.

How to repeat:
1. Customize the toolbar (I am right clicking and changing something)
2. Click "Done"
3. All of the menu items will now be greyed out.  Right clicking on the toolbar
will showed a greyed out 'Customize...' option.
4. Closing Phoenix with the upper-right hand 'X'
5. Restarting it; the customization will have stuck and everything is back to go
