Steps to reproduce:

Using Firefox 95.0.1 (64-bit) on Ubuntu focal with all updates installed.

Use either https://open.spotify.com/ or https://music.youtube.com/
Start playing a song
Go to Ubuntu Settings > Sound
Decrease the sound level for firefox window
Go back to Firefox window and click next song, or fast forward in the song

Actual results:

The sound assigned to Firefox window goes back to maximum level.

Expected results:

Sound volume assigned to the window remains the same.
