Details

Using the normal bookmarks menu, I cannot easily scroll down to get at the
bookmarks that are out of view when there are a large number of bookmarks.  This
problem only occurs under Win 2000, as I have two such machines with the same
problem on both.   The problem does not occur under WinNT 4 even the machine
that can run both W2000 and NT (i.e. NT4 and Win 2000 are on separate disk
partitions).  I am using the latest Service pack 3 for Win 2000.

I am using Mozilla build 2002091014
