1748344 - Broken link to web components polyfill add-on in release notes

The FAQ in the release notes for SeaMonkey 2.53.10.2, and probably also for previous SeaMonkey versions, contains a broken link to the web components polyfill add-on. This is particularly serious because the FAQ specifically directs people to download that add-on in order to get the SeaMonkey source code.

The link target is currently https://github.com/JustOff/github-wc-polyfill/accessible which returns a 404. The link target should instead be https://github.com/JustOff/github-wc-polyfill.
