Details
Steps to reproduce:
Just go here:
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_meta_http_equiv
Actual results:
You will see after some minutes that Firefox 95 (I tested only 95.0.2) that Firefox does not do it correctly. You end up with severeal (more the longer you stay at the webpage) "pages" in the "back-arrow", and it does some other stuff wrong also on that page.
Expected results:
No same page in "back-arrow", content should be displayed correctly after each refresh.

I could not reproduce this on Nightly. JAL, do you still reproduce this on Nightly? Thanks.
