We currently collect CPU (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1736040) and GPU (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1743176) usage data through Glean.
We need correlation with engagement metrics collected on legacy telemetry and Glean does not make this simple.
This bug is about collecting the GPU and CPU data on Glean but also legacy telemetry by using GIFFT.
