1748645 - Tests View - Link from the number of alerts to the alerts view for that test

The number from ‘Total Alerts’ doesn’t give much details about the alerts and it will be useful to have a link to Alerts View. Some modifications might be applied to the Alerts View filter (Investigation on how to filter in Alerts View by test name in a strict manner).

Acceptance criteria:
Column 'Total Alerts' from Tests View will provide a link for each number which will redirect to the Alerts View and will display the filtered alerts (the number of alerts displayed should be the same as the one from Tests View). Keep in mind that the details from Tests View should correspond with the ones from Alerts View filter.
