Details

At one point we had code in v-c-t that required testing with git cinnabar. Those tests have been removed and we are still cloning and building git-cinnabar in our test runners. We should remove cinnabar for now and if the need arises we can re-add it to our images (likely also downloading a pre-built helper instead of building our own in the image).
