Steps to reproduce:

Trying to open the attachment (i.e. see file below) in a received mail with latest version of TB 91.4.1 - OS Windows 10. Tried on several computers.

Actual results:

Nothing happens using version 91.4.1. Saving the file is OK and then it can be opened.
Until version 91.4.0 direct opening seems to be OK.
Deleting about half of the contents of this file - it can be opened.

Expected results:

Opening files should be possible in the actual version like before.
