Sel-generated HTTP error pages over self-generated HTTP error dialogues.

Details
Mozilla currently generates its own HTTP error reports in certain circumstances,
such as a domain or other kind of timeout. Why load a blank page and then pop
up an error dialogue requiring user confirmation? Why not load a self-generated
error page with the same or more detailled information? This change is
potentially more conveniant and could provide a better explaination to users if
they so wish.

Duplicate of "Should use error page and not dialog for inaccessible pages
(placeholder)"
This is already implemented. Just turn on the preference.
