[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Broken Delete with keyboard in Sidebar/Library

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Open Bookmarks/History Sidebar or Library window
  2. Select item(s) of the Bookmark or History
  3. Hit Delete key

Actual Results:
No thing happens

Expected Results:
The item(s) should be deleted

I'm still having problems with the Delete key in the Bookmark sidebar. I can't consistently reproduce the behavior, the Delete key just randomly stops working. I have to right click and delete the bookmark through the menu. I was using Firefox 99 beta 2, the last time this happened.
