Artist bring me to this issue where a certain article couldn't be found from German localization dashboard. I checked on Indonesian dashboard and the same thing happen. The article is https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-firefox-ios. We don't know if this is the only article affected, or if we have more things like this.

Just to add to make it easier to check, here's the Indonesian dashboard for Firefox for iOS: https://support.mozilla.org/id/localization/most-visited-translations?product=ios

Shouldn't support articles be in the "How to" or "Troubleshooting" category?
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-firefox-ios/history shows that the article is in the "Navigation" category. Most of those articles are no longer maintained but a few Navigation articles that haven't been archived are listed here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/contributors/kb-overview?category=50
I found bug 939832 which says, We don't have navigation articles in the overview anymore.

Aah, that might be the case. Let me try to move the category.

That do the trick! Now I can see the article from Indonesian dashboard. Thanks, Alice!
I wonder if we should just move the remaining article and archived the category from the list altogether.

I would just move these two support articles to the "How to" category and leave the others where they are (I'll cc Fabi since she created the two articles):

The only thing that remains is a placeholder article from Fabi. I've pinged her as well to move or remove the article instead if it's not needed. So I think we're good here.

Kiki, Did you move the Navigation articles to different categories or did Fabi?
I remembered that the Navigation articles at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/contributors/kb-overview?category=50 used to include the article, Get community support ... which is now in the "How to Contribute" category. I suppose that's OK but I think that the move should be documented in the article discussion. See this past discussion: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/get-community-support/discuss/8528
I also remembered that https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/no-crash-report-available-report-id/ was one of those "Navigation" category articles and it was moved to "How to". I moved it back to "Navigation" since it should not be searchable and then I archived it - see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/no-crash-report-available-report-id/discuss/6558

Was that article moved from "Navigation" to "How to contribute" so that it would show up in localization dashboards or for some other reason? I found bug 645546 which links to https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/commit/96a9bf11a6b4fd48f8add5022ac21d9ce99db3a2
... It looks to me that only categories 10, 20 and 60 ( Troubleshooting, How to and Templates) would appear. Templates is another issue as far as the KB dashboard is concerned - see bug 1115815 which is still open.
In any case, from what I can figure, "How to contribute" (category 30) articles also don't appear in the localization dashboard. Can you check that?

It was me, yes. For the Get Community Support, I moved it because I want to clear up things that don't belong in Navigation. But after reading the context from the article discussion, I decided to move it back.
For the "How to contribute" article that don't appear in localization dashboard, do we have a bug report already?

I don't know of a bug for "How to Contribute" (category 30) articles but there's an open bug filed by Joni for Administration (category 40) articles: Bug 1395242
I was actually asking you if you or anyone else noticed whether "How to Contribute" articles appear in the localization dashboard or not. Here is a list of those articles (many are pending review or include "Needs Update" comments):
