Right now the Personalize panel / side bar offers "Shortcuts", "Recommended by Pocket", "Sponsored stories", and "Recent activity" sections. While we wait for final designs, let's add a placeholder "Colorways" section at the top, behind a pref (e.g. browser.newtabpage.colorway-closet
). The string doesn't need to be localizable yet.

Sounds cool, is the idea to put the colorway cards directly in the sidebar that user clicks to install the colorway, or to put a colorways toggle in the sidebar that places a colorways section in the main area of about:newtab?

I have verified this task using the latest Firefox Nightly 98.0a1 (Build ID: 20220201213236) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 11.6, and Ubuntu 20.04.
- The “Colorway Closet Placeholder” text is displayed on the top part of the Personalize panel when the “browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.colorway-closet.enabled” pref is set to true.
