Steps to reproduce:
Select email with PDF attachment
Actual results:
Attachment dialog opens with NONE OF THE RADIO BUTTONS pre-selected, YET the OK button is enabled. So you click OK thinking the Open With button is selected, and NOTHING HAPPENS.
Tried this on a different message; same defect
Expected results:
91.5.0 exhibits an unforced error / defect.
This should work as it has for over a decade: Leave the previously-selected radio button selected. Instead, this defect will flummox many users and make for extra steps every single time you want to save or view an attachment.
