In theory an add-on can have a ReadableStream that has as a source a content object.

While this seems hugely unlikely, it does seem possible. So we should write a test case to ensure sensible handling.

This would also however include testing what happens when content disappears from under the add-on, and suddenly the source becomes a dead object proxy.
