I've seen several bugs logged in today's bugs on files not being downloaded but I have seen a different issue (I think). Please dupe if this bug is a known issue. This morning a created a new directory "20021017" under an existing C:\Trunk directory. I downloaded the stub installer for 2002101704 from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/2002-10-17-04-trunk/ All of the files downloaded and installation seemed to complete normally. However when the browser attempted its initial launch I got raw code in a new window. I will attach it below.

The previous attachment was the wrong file. This is the complete window.
Do you tried a new profile Tom ? could be a dupe of bug 130331
Matthias, you may be correct. However, unlike that bug, this error happens before the profile manager pops up and I am unable to select/create a new profile.
Uninstalled, created a new folder (D:\Trunk\20021017), downloaded and started with a new profile. No problem. Marking WFM.
