You don't allow me to create a new account. I have 2 email addresses and you reject both of them. You make it time-consuming to attempt to create a new account and then you tell me that I've made too many attempts. I've made too many attempts because you are dysfunctional and make it impossible to create a new account. I'm not going to get a new email provider because of your senseless demands.
You think that you have gotten too big to fail, so you ignore support by referring the user to the 'community'. The 'community' isn't helpful because it is stuffed beyond its capacity.
It isn't a community, its a means of ignoring requests for support.
You think that you're indispensable? Ubuntu has become much easier for beginners. More importantly, it's not some creature resembling Godzilla.

Sorry that you're having problems with a Mozilla service.
Unfortunately we're unable to help you here because you haven't provided details on exactly where you're trying to create an account, and what's happening when you do. In spite of this bug being moved under problems with Bugzilla itself, you've clearly had no problems creating your Bugzilla account.
If you are able to provide more details I might be able to point you in the right direction.
