Though this happened during a FOG test, near as I can tell it isn't due to test code being funny. Looks like it's having a bad time due to there being a media element on the page that switched from quiet to loud (or vice versa)?

This looks like this call to hal_sandbox::Hal() returning null, which would have to be because it's trying to create the object but SendPHalConstructor failed to send the constructor message (this line, but that file is autogenerated so that link will eventually break). The other log messages suggest that this could be because we're too far into shutdown to send that message. Possibly all of those Hal()->… expressions should have a null check, or maybe there should be a check for being in shutdown higher up the stack?
