Whenver I try to download a file with Moz1.2b i get the following error message:

>C:\DCOUME~1\....\TEMP\.., cannot be saved because the source file cannot be read.
>
> Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

I tried turning the download manager on and off but I keep getting the same error.

This happened after an upgrade from moz1.1-final.

Reproducible: Always

1. Click on a file download link
