17506 - Need to reimplement the Confirmation dialog

The XPinstall confirmation dialog is just a placeholder. We need to implement
the REAL dialog which can't be a simple Confirm() call. Our dialog needs a
pre-amble of "safe-sex" computing, then a list of the files to be installed
(from the trigger object), and then OK Cancel buttons.

Accepting.  It sounds like this has changed a bit from the spec that Scott
created.  Is there some specific text I'm supposed to use?  The spec's
screenshot on gooey doesn't have anything about "safe-sex" computing.

Eez feexed.  And quite a snappy little dialog it is too.  We'll need to do some
"wordsmithing" at some point but that should be just an easy little change to
the .dtd file.
