Currently the "Process CPU Utilization" feature is experimental, and requires using a front-end deploy preview, and then manually enabling the new graph.
Once the front-end has public and non-experimental support for this new data, the back-end should be updated accordingly, to at least update the about:profiling description, and to optionally make it non-experimental

This patch is a small text update, another update will be needed when the front-end doesn't need experimental.enableProcessCPUTracks()
anymore...

The next patch should be the final one (when experimental.enableProcessCPUTracks()
is not needed anymore).
Removing "leave-open" now, while I remember 😅
