175079 - Save Image As ... does nothing

On any URL, right click on an image, go to "Save Image As ..." save the image as
normal.  However the image isn't saved.  No file is created locally, no error is
given.  I can try this for the same image saving to the same location a million
times and nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to any URL
2.  Right click image and save via "Save Image As ..."
3.  Expect nothing to be saved, no error is given

Actual Results:  
As expected

Expected Results:  
Image file should have been saved to my hard drive.

My hard drive is far from full.  There is no reason on my end why the images
wouldn't save.  This worked with 1.2 alpha.  1.2 beta is not working.
