Hopefully this is the right component; apologies if it's not.
I have attempted the following methods to start Thunderbird minimized (to the tray):
- start /min thunderbird.exe (command prompt)
- Start-Process -WindowStyle Minimized .\thunderbird.exe (Powershell)
- Start-Process .\thunderbird.exe -WindowStyle Minimized
- A shortcut with Run: minimized
However, it always starts maximized. Tested on release and beta; about:support (from release) attached, minus one uncommon email server.

For some reason it doesn't seem that I can set multiple versions to be affected; ESR 91 is as well.
