Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to view messages in the Message Pane (3-pane view) by selecting a message from the Message List and then moving the cursor with my mouse to the Message Pane

Actual results:

There's a problem achieving focus in the Message Pane when selecting a message and then moving the mouse from the Message List pane to the Message Pane and stopping. Cannot scroll the window with the mouse until moving the mouse around for a second or two first.

Expected results:

Focus should follow the cursor and change instantaneously when moving from another pane to the Message Pane.
