The "mozilla" button in the top right corner of hg.mozilla.org leads to https://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Mercurial which I think has been archived.

It should probably link to one of these instead:
https://firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org/contributing/vcs/mercurial.html
https://mozilla-version-control-tools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/hgmozilla/
