[Prerequisites]:
- Have a Firefox build installed.
- Have the following user.js file copied to your PC.
- Have the update channel set to "Release".
[Steps to reproduce]:
- Create a new Firefox profile but do not open it.
- Navigate to the profile folder and copy the user.js file from the prerequisites.
- Open the browser using the previously created profile.
- Close the "about:welcome" page and restart the browser.
- Focus the space between the two pagination buttons.
- Observe the behavior.
[Expected result]:
- Nothing happens.
[Actual result]:
- The mouse arrow is turned into a text caret.
[Notes]:
- This issue is reproducible on all the experiment branches.
- Attached a screen recording of the issue.
