Currently, we can't provide extra browsertime options because the parser complains when it sees them. We should provide a way to supply options from the command line without having to upset the parser.

We could probably port this code into raptor to resolve this issue: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/python/mozperftest/mozperftest/test/browsertime/runner.py#384-400

This patch adds the ability to provide custom browsertime arguments through the command line option --browsertime-arg
. It is used like so:
./mach raptor --browsertime -t browsertime --browsertime-arg test_script=/home/sparky/mozilla-source/mozilla-central/testing/raptor/browsertime/browsertime_pageload.js --browsertime-arg browsertime.url=https://www.sitespeed.io --browsertime-arg iterations=3
