Details

This happens on all windows version of navigator and communicator.  Dont have a
Mac or Unix box, Im assuming this is cross-platform.

1. Goto http://futon.sfsu.edu/~qaqundah/test/test.html

Notice how the background gif does not paint all the way to the edge of the
radio buttons.  There is a square white gap around the radio button.

In IE, the background image paints all the way to the edge of the radio button.
Any workarounds for this?

to support this functionality, we need widgets that render themselves into
an nsIRenderingContext and can be properly composited. today, they *must* be
rectangular cutouts.
