FEATURE_FAILURE_DDX_INTEL

Tearing is caused by software rendering.
Hardware rendering is blocked because you use the deprecated "intel" DDX driver. Recommended "modesetting" driver is the default nowadays.

Please remove

Driver "intel"

from your custom X11 config
and/or uninstall:
https://packages.debian.org/en/stable/xserver-xorg-video-intel (https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Intel#Intel_DDX)

The use of this driver is discouraged if your hw is new enough (ca. 2007 and newer). You can try uninstalling this driver and let the server use its builtin modesetting driver instead.
