Steps to reproduce:
Installed Firefox.
Actual results:
Severe screen tearing is present at all times. It is still present after a reinstall, and it is present in the beta and nightly versions of Firefox.
Expected results:
No screen tearing should be present.

FEATURE_FAILURE_DDX_INTEL
Tearing is caused by software rendering.
Hardware rendering is blocked because you use the deprecated "intel" DDX driver. Recommended "modesetting" driver is the default nowadays.
Please remove
Driver "intel"
from your custom X11 config
and/or uninstall:
https://packages.debian.org/en/stable/xserver-xorg-video-intel (https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Intel#Intel_DDX)
The use of this driver is discouraged if your hw is new enough (ca. 2007 and newer). You can try uninstalling this driver and let the server use its builtin modesetting driver instead.
