[Prerequisites]:

• Be enrolled in a desktop Nimbus experiment created using the “privatebrowsing” feature. A Stage preview recipe (created using the Experimenter UI) with forced enrollment was used in this case.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open a private window (Ctrl + Shift +P).
2. Navigate to “about:telemetry#events-tab”.
3. Observe the number of expose events displayed for the experiment.

[Expected result]:

• Only one expose event is displayed.

[Actual result]:

• Two expose events are displayed.

• The issue is not reproducible for current production experiments using the “urlbar” and “moreFromMozilla” features.

The privatebrowsing feature is/will be deprecated (code is still there but we're not planning to use it anymore; tracking to remove bug 1748214) so closing this as WONTFIX.
