As from 1.2ß it seems that downloading files via HTTP or FTP has been screwed
up. Clicking on a download link just returns a "C:\TEMP\some.filename could not
be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later or contact
the server administrator"

"Save Link target as" opens a "Save file" dialog, but results no downloading either.

The download manager window does not open anymore on "Tools - Download Manager"
and Mozilla crashes on exit.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Under some circumstances the file is silently saved in the %TEMP% directory
under an automatically generated name. However, it never gets out of there.
Please search before you file a bug.
YOu will find 10x the same problem if you just look at todays reported bugs.
