+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1724127 +++

From Bug 1724127 comment 6:

When testing 4 participants call, macOS 10.15 is displaying a black screen and it won't load properly at all. MacOS participant sees other participants black as well (the camera image is not loading) and no audio at all is heard.
Ubuntu and Windows are not experiencing this problem.

Steps to reproduce:
. Join a call on https://www.facebook.com/ with 4 participants (?)
. Allow audio and camera to start videochat.

Expected Result:
Once the Videocall begins, audio&video work properly and flow without issues.

Actual Result:
Audio & video never appear

Hi Clara, which version(s) of Firefox did this happen in? Is it a regression?

Also, can you clarify the repro steps? Does it work fine with < 4 participants?

If you could go to about:webrtc, click Clear History just in case, then join a call to repro, then refresh about:webrtc and save + upload the output that would be helpful. Thanks

We were not able to reproduce. Will close it for now and reopen if we encounter this issue again.
Thanks!
