Mac OS X builds of Mozilla currently look like the ugliest WIN-DOS app. This is totally unacceptable and a major hurdle for success within the Mac OS X community. There's a reason to why many Mac users will judge an app's value by its package design. The solution is pretty simple: 1) license or whatever the Pinstripe and Navzilla themes, and use them instead of the notoriously unusable themes that are supplied now. 2) Change the M icon to the much better lizard icon found on WINTEL (but brushed up to photo-quality). 3) Get rid of all legacy icons and replace them with 128x128 icons in all bundles. I dunno if you are aware of this, but Mac OS 9 is DEAD AND BURIED. Keep the splash.
-> invalid (general bug) use clasic and mozilla should use native widgets.

The "Classic" theme may use "native" widgets, but it still looks like a WIN-DOS app to me. Oh well, you simply don't get it. You invalidate us, we invalide Mozilla. You might as well drop all Mac builds right away. The majority of users will _not_ customize with third party extensions, they want a usable and attractive app to begin with. And that is the topic of this "general" bug. Ask anyone in the real world, and you will often hear that they will not use Mozilla because it is so damn ugly. They can't immediately grasp the under-the-hood benefits, and since they think it's ugly, they won't learn about it later either. They will just trash it and go back to IE. Neither will they use any commercial instance of Mozilla, since they are all bloated and crippled and even more ugly. Man, when are you gonna _get_ it? You _continuously_ leave walk-over to IE...
