Steps to reproduce:

I use windows 11 21H2 (build 22000.438)
I use my computer in tablet mode, open a firefox window, i put it in a full screen Window (not in Full-screen mode).
Then I tap on the address bar (or any text field) so that the visual keyboard should be called

Actual results:

The visual keyboard appears, then the Firefox windows "zooms in" and out and the visual keyboard disappears

Expected results:

The visual keyboard should have spawned and stayed until i completed to type my text in the text field.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Win32' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.
