The HTTPS-only exception permission is not available on the Permissions tab of the Page-Info dialog. Since the HTTPS-only exception UI doesn't always show up this would be a handy place to get to it compared to opening Settings and scrolling down to the Manage Exceptions button.

People who manage sites through this mechanism will expect to see this setting there, too, for consistency.
