Steps to reproduce
- Visit https://www.target.com
- Go to any categories and scroll through items
- Tap on add for delivery /add for shipping/add to cart
- Note that no action is performed (only focus outline is displayed)
- Tap on item
- Try to add to cart too (or add to registry if option is available)
Expected results
User should be able to add items to cart without issues
Actual results
Only a highlight is triggered

Note:
Given the button is not working, the user cannot add items to a cart and go through the payment process.
Severity Suggestion:
Due to the reasons from "notes" would suggest S2 severity since it it's blocking user from actually using the website, only search functionality and browsing through items is working.

I can successfully add items to cart with Fx 97 and nightly 99.

Hi,
I just verified in Release 97, Beta 98, the latest Nightly 99.0a1 using Windows 10 and the issue is no longer reproducible. Based on this, I will close it as resolved - wfm. If the issue will occur again, feel free to re-open the bug.
