Recently, when I go to my "saved logins" through the Firefox settings page, there is no longer a way to scroll down the frame which shows the password info for an individual website.

Steps to reproduce:
I went to Tools/Settings using the menu bar on my browser. This took me to the url about:preferences. I then used the search box on that page to search for the term "passwords." In the search results, I clicked the box "Saved Logins." This took me to the url about:logins. Then I used "search logins" to find the info for the particular site I was looking for.
Actual results:
The information for the particular site loaded into a the frame on the right-hand side of the browser. My screen did not display all of the information and I needed to scroll down. However, nothing happened when I turned the scroll wheel of the mouse, and there is not a scroll-bar on the far right side of that frame. I had to zoom out my browser from 100% to a very tiny 67% in order to see all of the information.
Expected results:
When the browser settings do not allow the entire contents of the frame to be displayed, there should be a scroll bar and we should be able to scroll down using our mouse wheel (or touchpad or whatever one generally uses for scrolling while navigating web pages).
Previously, I am pretty sure I was able to scroll; if not, there was less vertical white space between the fields in the frame and there was no need to scroll. However, I think I previously was able to scroll. Actually, I think there was less white space and I could see slightly more information initially but was still able to scroll down if I needed to see the remaining information in the frame.
I am attaching a screenshot of an unimportant login. As you can see, the line showing the encrypted password is cut off at the bottom of the screen. I am unable to scroll in order to click the "show password" and view the password for the site.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::about:logins' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

:ajpeavler thank you for filing this bug, indeed there is a missing scrollbar in that area.
I'm closing this bug as a duplicate of bug 1747358.
