Hi there! I would like to make some changes to the following Bugzilla form:

We have moved away from doing custom forms whenever possible as we have limited resources for doing these types of changes to Bugzilla these days. We have instead tried to move more to custom comment text that gets prefilled into the comment text box for specific product/components. For some examples see:
