This is one of the subtasks of bug 1738932.
I needed screenshots recently for the "outlook" page load test (for bug 1745479) so I did a try push with browsertime screenshots enabled: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&revision=6dfa763c8adfc4ebfbfdcfb7ad1b7d08a83169a4&selectedTaskRun=f-YMIbIKRy6EOJ_PFulcVA.0
