1752726 - Double click on key file attachment opens not usable "open file" choser

Attachment: key file attachment list

Steps to reproduce:

TB 91.5.1

• Receive a mail with a OpenPGP public key attached (in this case it's Apple's public key 78F8 8B5B 532B 323C 35F5 7CE8 782F 6A28 3D69 AE18
• Left of attachment click on > to open the attachment file list
• double click on the attachment on the list

Actual results:

Both the TB "import/view key" menu and the "open file" choser appear, but the "open file" choser is completely disfunctional, nothing happens when you click on any of it's buttons.
The "import/view key" menu works as expected, though.
After closing the "import/view key" menu (X window button) the "open file" choser is usable and you have to click on "cancel" two times to get rid of it.

Expected results:

Only the "import/view key" menu should appear.

Attachment: both import and "open file" menus appear

OS is Debian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) x86_64 with desktop environment Xfce 4.16

During the usability tests in February, 6 participants out of 7 faced this useless OS integration. The only participant who escaped it was a digital security trainer who knew the minor details of the current interface by heart.

When they got this OS integration, 1 participant tried to "Open With..." but Thunderbird was not available. They ended up saving the key to the desktop. From that, they had quite an odyssey to import it back: Open a Composer → Open the Key Assistant → Close the Key Assistant → Open the Key Manager → Import Secret Key From File and then this happened:

We could have saved this person a lot time and confusing interactions by removing the OS integration.

If possible, we should block this OS integration.

Otherwise, we should do our best to offer Thunderbird is the list of possible options.

Issue still with TB 115.0
But when selecting "View key", it does not work at all. There is only opened a second file choser. You can close them both afterwards. That's all.
