Steps to reproduce:

Reinstalled Ubuntu 21.10. Tried to upgrade Firefox, but happens with every version.

Actual results:

Clicking on Bookmarks toolbar to Show more bookmarks icon does nothing.

Expected results:

All bookmarks from Bookmark toolbar should open.

Restarting Firefox in Troubleshoot mode does not fix the issue.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

For me to reproduce this issue, I will need more information regarding the steps you follow to recreate the situation.

Can you tell me what version you're currently working on? Can you find the bookmarks in the Bookmark Manager library?
A screenshot/recording of the issue would be helpful.
