I am the current maintainer of the Python library pyjexl. It is hosted on Github at mozilla/pyjexl. I believe there are no admins on that repo now except org-wide admins. Please enable admin access for the normandy-owners team (of which I am a member).

So, I see that that team is currently listed as write, and I see that you are listed on pypi as the maintainer - as such I have granted your request to have the normandy-admins team be given admin. (this is a sub-team of normandy-comitters which was the only group with access (write).)
