1753181 - Local folders on remote storage display some duplicate folders and some folders are missing

Steps to reproduce:

We are storing archived email on the remote storage (not sure if related to issue) and we are using archiving by months and keeping the same structure. Since we updated to version 91.5.1., it started displaying duplicates of archived folders and some folder that are missing from the list in TB. We are noticing this issue on more devices. Renaming the main folder solves the duplicate issue (until the thunderbird restarts) but does not solve the missing folders.
From the image folder 2013 that is twice displayed it contains all same information. Moving folder 2013 to completely new folder and restarted 2013 there was not duplicated but then 2014 got duplicated.
We solved on one machine this issue by creating a new folder (inside the Thunderbird - older version) and moving folder by folder to the new folder (which took hours for one profile). So far the duplicates and missing folders did not appear and when archiving emails that create new folders, they are correctly created and visible.
From the screenshots I removed some personal information
All folders were created in and by Thunderbird and non of them were created in explorer

Actual results:

Folders that are not duplicated in the explorer (and by OS rules, there cant be 2 folders with the same name) are displayed as duplicates
Folders that exists in the explorer are not visible in the Thunderbird

Expected results:

There should not be displayed duplicates and Thunderbird should display all folders
