Steps to reproduce:

If on V92 the window control ribbon is present, when on V95 and above it is missing.

This is present only on the machine I have with a nVidia card with the last released drivers, the other two machine with Intel and ATI card are fine.

Actual results:

The Window Control is missing in V95 and above.

Expected results:

The ribbon on the title bar should always be present.
