Steps to reproduce:
- Have two macOS machines which are logged into the same iCloud account.
- On one of the machines, use Firefox and browse around normally, by clicking links, switching tabs, etc.
Expected results:
On the other machine, there should be a stationary Dock icon for "hand-off". (When clicked, it will open the page in the default browser.)
Actual results:
As you navigate, the hand-off Dock on the other machine keeps disappearing and reappearing, which looks quite disruptive because it can cause the Dock to shrink and expand.
Hmm, actually, this doesn't seem to happen all of the time. At the moment, the hand-off icon on the other machine looks pretty stationary.

Ah, it seems to happen more consistently when closing the active tab.

This is extremely noticeable when running talos tests on one machine while working on the other, for example:
./mach talos-test --suite other --activeTests ts_paint
I didn't make the connection to bug 1525788. Thanks for filing!
