175379 - Open in new tab using Ctrl-click doesn't work anymore

Even though the option is checked in preferences window, it won't open a link in
a new tab using ctrl-click. To open in new tab, one must right click and then
choose 
"Open link in new tab".
I checked both the 0.3 release and the nightly build for today (18 Oct) and it
doesn't work in either.

Did you install into a clean directory and create a new profile like the release
notes said? This works for me on win2K and RH8 builds from this morning (the
behavior has since been changed though so if you get a build after the 18th it
will probably use shift+click to open a new tab rather than ctrl+click.

Ctrl-click opens the page in a new tab for me, and Shift-click works as well.
This is with a CVS build from a few hours ago. In other words, I cannot
reproduce this on Linux.

Works For Me on Phoenix nightly build 2002-10-17 (right in the middle of
reporter's two tested builds) under Win2K SP3.  I can Ctrl+Click for new tabs on
any link.  Obviously Shift+Click does nothing on my build (but why would it?).

I suggest that this is a profile issue (system specific). Bruno (reporter),
could you please do a clean install and create a new profile, then report back?

The Keybindings were extensively altered on the 18th of October to better accord
with default IE settings. However, Ctrl-Click should still be opening a new tab.
Try downloading a build from 20021019 or later.
