When I opened the Themes preferences, a JavaScript error occured.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new profile.
2. Open preferences.
3. Click Themes.
Actual Results:  
The following error appears on the JavaScript Console:
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code:
0x80004003 (NS_ERROR_INVALID_POINTER) [nsIXULChromeRegistry.isSkinSelected]"

Expected Results:  
No error should occur.

Confirmed since it still occurs with 2002122608 after new profile, install, and
OS install.

I really wonder if this is the correct componenet for this bug.

WFM 2003032011, Windows 2000.
If I am not mistaken this bug is a dupe of 155925, which was fixed 2003-03-20.
