Steps to reproduce:
We have to make initPanel readonly util all data fetching is complete. Only then we can use bookmarkDialog fields, so there is no data loss / misread

The idea is that the user should not be able to modify values until we're ready, the solution may differ.

We should also try to set the layout (visible/hidden fields) synchronously on load, so it doesn't visibly flips in front of the user after asynchronous information has been fetched.
