Apparently there was bikeshedding about this in the past, but I'm not sure where.
As it is, it isn't obvious what differentiates the 10.15 and 11 jobs, besides the OS version. I'd argue the CPU architecture is quite important... at least, it's another thing to check when you're debugging mysterious failures that affect 11 but not 10.15, especially if those failures are only appearing on central and not autoland (the macOS 11 jobs, at time of writing, do not run on autoland).

=>OS X 10.15 WebRender x64 opt/debug/Shippable
OS X 11 WebRender Shippable
=>OS X 11 AArch64 WebRender Shippable

I didn't even know we were running tests on arm64 hardware yet...
